1. Return Eligibility

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made, engraved, or sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number to initiate the return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@gemcrownjewels.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please include pictures if the item is defective or damaged.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions for returning the item.
  3. Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely, including the original packaging and all accessories. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the return meets our criteria, we will issue a refund or exchange as per your preference.

3. Refunds

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid via credit card, the refund will appear on your next billing cycle.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process and specify the exchange details when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If the item you received is defective or damaged during shipping, we apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing info@gemcrownjewels.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.
  • Return Shipping Cost: We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.
  • Replacement or Refund: Once we verify the defect or damage, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (such as engraved items).
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Items not returned in their original condition, such as those that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@gemcrownjewels.com. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed or shipped. In such cases, the standard return policy applies.
